Questions owners ask

What systems does Garnish connect to?

Garnish works with the tools you already use. CSV import and export handles vendor price lists and order guides from Sysco, US Foods, PFG, and other distributors, so prices and orders move in and out in a few clicks. The posted schedule and catering events come with a Google Calendar feed you can subscribe to on any phone. QuickBooks Online, Square, and Clover connections are built in and ready to connect. Toast is on the way through Toast's partner program.

Does the free trial need a card?

No. Every self-serve plan starts with 14 days free and no card. You are only charged if you choose to subscribe. If the trial ends before you do, access pauses and your house data is kept so you can pick up where you left off.

What happens to my data?

It is yours. You can export ingredients, recipes, order guides, and the schedule as CSV any time, or download everything as one zip, from Settings, then Integrations. Some tools save on your device first and then sync to your house, so export recipes and order guides from the device you build them on. Garnish does not sell your data. The full details are in the privacy policy.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Email hello@grabgarnish.com and we stop the renewal. You keep access through the period you already paid for. The cancel and refunds page has the details.

Is it for my kind of restaurant?

Garnish is built for every kind of house, from a single food truck to a multi-unit group. You pay for the size of your team, and groups with several locations get a multi-unit discount.
